About 5 years ago, I came across a fantastic film called "What the Bleep Do You Know?" I was mesmerized by the experiments of a Chinese scientist, Masuro Emoto (www.hado.com). Since I teach art in an after school program, I thought it would be neat to follow up with some of his experiments. I started teaching my students the importance of words and thoughts in their lives through art projects. I told them the story of Mr. Masuro Emoto and his water crystals. I know how important it is to motivate children since in my full-time employment I work with autistic, Downs syndrome, and severely 'handy capable' students (as I call them) in a high school.

Nothing is impossible with the right attitude. I know because I am a cancer survivor who was told would never speak again after thyroid surgery.

I have researched Dr. Emoto's experiments. I have created my own investigations. If putting a sign on a container of water (like love) can change the form of a water crystal, then if I wear the sign I should feel the transformation achieved by Dr. Emoto's experiments. Since our bodies are 75% water, I hypothesize that I can relate to the water in the container. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the results I was about to get.

My first t-shirt had the word "Love" on it. People would stop and speak to me that I did not even know. They would read the word and smile. I was actually passing my good feelings to them. I was sharing The Law of Attraction with others by words and thoughts. These words and thoughts were being released into the universe by the person reading the message and by my wearing the message.

Seeing all the positive results the t-shirt created, I decide to do another t-shirt. The second shirt said the word "Peace". The results were similar.

At this time I viewed a movie called The Secret. I remember seeing the movie and for some unusual reason, the word "Gratitude" affected me. That night I went home and made two new t-shirts with the phrases "I am Grateful for..." and "I am Grateful for You and Me, Family, Joy, Love, Success, Health, Prosperity, Happiness, etc."

I have a good friend who is a minister. He has a program called Teen Dream Camp where he takes inner city children to a dream camp retreat where he has a chance to motivate them into following their dreams. Well, he needed to raise money fast and he wanted to see if I had any ideas. I told him that we could make the "I am Grateful for..." t-shirts to raise money. I would donate 50% of the profits. In less than an hour we raised $1,000.00. We were thrilled to see that those children would get a chance to discover their potential and all it took was an "I am Grateful for" prayer on a t-shirt.

I started selling the overage of the t-shirts at the school where I work. Miracles started happening to those who wore it. From refunds in the mail, curing of back aches, lottery winnings, and love. Now we have three girls that could not get pregnant for years and now they are expecting.

This Law of Attraction really works. I started teaching women groups in my home about the Law of Attraction and the power of the word "Gratitude". NBC's Telemundo program, Al Rojo Vivo with Maria Celeste Arraras, invited me to introduce the Law of Attraction to the Hispanic community. The program aired August 3rd, 2007. On August 4th, The Miami Herald newspaper reported that a local man won the Florida Lottery using The Law of Attraction.

My new t-shirts "Love, Gratitude and Peace" are also doing their little Miracles. (I made the t-shirts in Spanish too - "Amor, Gratitud y Paz".)

I have a cartoon character (created in 1978) called Perpy who will be teaching the power of the mind to children and young adults.

I know how important is to be grateful for what I have. I am grateful that I can pass the message on with my t-shirts. I love living in this wonderful community of South Florida. I know that we all can make a difference. All we need is the courage to follow our dreams.
